Answer: The process of changes during adolescence period is called puberty. Beginning of puberty marks the beginning of adolescence. End of puberty marks the completion of reproductive maturity.

Answer: You have read that sweat and sebaceous glands show increased activity during this period. If proper hygiene is not maintained, it can lead to many skin diseases in adolescents. Girls need to take special care of hygiene during menstrual period.
